- Business Impact: Enabled the successful on-site integration for a critical Proof of Concept (POC), directly securing a business pipeline for 100+ AMR with the company’s largest customer.
- Project Ownership: Took full ownership of technical decision-making for a deployment of 10 AMRs; engineered the system to handle 1,000+ autonomous orders daily, directly enabling a successful site launch.
Technical Contributions
- Perception Integration: Coordinated cross-functional integration of perception pipeline for rail detection.
- Mission Control: Developed an order translation module bridging the fleet management system and the AMR task execution pipeline.
- Task Execution: Implemented state machine transitions and autonomous action sequences driven by incoming fleet management commands.

- Pose Estimation: Enhanced 2D LiDAR and camera-based pose detection for industrial AMRs.
